generally cycling torrents is only things that ARENT available for commercial release..

The 2009 tour is available commercially, so i dont know if it will appear on there for a while.

Hey, there are 45 highlights of each stage on the site. They are from british channel ITV4 and commentators are Phil Liggett and Paul Sherwen.

Ok, I have signed up now and am going to start DL-ing and seeding, just wanted to check:

as I don't have either a DVD player or more importantly a DVD Drive in my netbook, does anyone (particularly the more tech minded!) know of a solid reliable program that i can use to either watch or convert ISO files on my computer?

As many of the good races I want to get are ISOs and I don't know how to play them!

Can't you extract ISOs with WinRAR?

You can also use VLC Player to watch a lot of the DVD formats like VOB.

vlc will play some iso's as well, depends on the structure.
