ARMSTRONG-GODWIN!! You lose.

Sorry, hitch, just pulling youf leg, but you must know that the repitition of 'but Lance did that' 'it happened in lances day' is just whataboutery. Lance also breathed air, and shat sh! t. Are these basic bodily functions therefore proof of doping?
Is Rebellin claiming his silver medal in Beijing 2008 was a "victory for clean cycling" recent and un-Lancey enough for you?

Losing Martin to Ireland was a big blow but we have Kenyan Froome so I'm not campaigning

Both great riders riding for clean teams. Anglo Power! :)

How was Moreno's win on the Mur de Huy of the FW not a sign of clean cycling? He's never been mentioned in any investigation, and yet I haven't heard him say that his victory was a sign clean riders can win now.

Double standards much? Are Garmin riders feeling so superior to others that they constantly brag about how they won 'clean'? While other equally 'clean' teams/riders don't feel the need to do that? Garmin are following Sky in that regard, claiming to have zero-tolerance, but as a result only getting asked more and more questions.

The fact that Martin won didn't surprise me at all, but the moment he mentioned how he won 'clean', he lost it. And then this thread explodes. Garmin still have a lot of questions unanswered, and it'd be good if JV would take some time to visit the Clinic again.

You might want to google a bit about a certain Dr. Jesús Losa.

I didn't say they were doping. This is a totally different discussion. Armchairfan made out people saying that wiggins is clean into a big deal. The fact that people were saying the same thing about a doper in the past is a legitimate argument.

neither Wiggins nor lance are the subject of this discussion. They are the objects. Its not what they do, it's what people say about them.

I don't see anyone bragging. He was asked a question and answered it to the best of knowledge and ability. Was Moreno asked the same question? And if yes, what was his answer?

The thing is if in the unlikely event somebody like Valverde says he's clean you would kind of raise your eyebrows I think. But if Dan Martin comes out with that it would likely to be more credible.

I reckon he's clean anyway because he rides for Garmin.

I guess if you were pro before 2008 you'll have consulted a suspicious doctor.

Yeah, except this was after 2008, so he broke the "truce".

In Belgium he would've served a two-year ban together with Lulu, Kolobnev and Maté. Or were those messages about vitamins and drinking enough water erry day?

Can't remember it well, but I think it was something like gloating about his performance.

Losa isn't merely suspicious. He has quite a record to his name.

Nothing is OT because Dan Martin is clean as he ride for a clean team Garmin, JV is anti-doping and i think raceradio and paul kimmage(?) believes he is clean so he is obviously clean.

Ah the old "I won clean and therefore cycling is clean" PR BS.

I wonder if Johan Brailsford has had a word

"Come on Dan, lets get a message about clean cycling, our boys fail to get my memo's.......come on, for your English Cousins"
