Kimmage has a very good interview in the Sunday Independent with Dan and speaks to his parents Neil and Maria as well.

Yesterday on the radio Paul spoke more about it where he said he has a lot of faith in him and will use his performance in the Tour as a barometer to see how clean it is this year.

Don't you believe that part of the reason cyclists are based in Girona is to dope but guess where Dan Martin's parents live......Girona. Obviously they are there for their son so to not know what he gets up is a bit of a stretch. Plus, Neil Martin is a former pro rider so clearly plays a big part in his son's career. Were Michelle Smyth's parents swimmers???

Judging by the second tweet Nico did, it seems he wasn't happy with the way Kimmage brought up how JV signed Dan over Nico when judging both. I think Nico shouldn't be addressing this Dan. If you read that section in the piece it was solely done on a JV and Kimmage conversation and nothing got to with Dan from my reading.

Dan Martin has tweeted on the topic, made it fairly clear whatever Neil Martin and Stephen Roche's issue, it doesn't extend to him and Nico. States they're is no fued at all, just that they don't get to see each other much so aren't as close as some people assume.
