He's been out training with Higuita in Colombia recently, but I don't know whether they were also together when the latter crashed the other day.

He was sick, some kind of flu like symptoms, during the nationals. I can only assume that his schedule got delayed a bit more. He was scheduled for Tirreno. I think He will start in Catalunya.

Thanks: I had looked on CQ rather than PCS. Largely because it was CQ Game that was making me wonder.

Do we know why he DNFed? Simply not in the running and passing the team bus?

I haven't found anything.

He's been added today to Figueira, Algarve, P-N and Catalunya so presumably not injured at least. Am also checking for CQ game reasons
