I said you were kneeling not bowing. And there is no need for you to be so shy about your Bieber-love.

If you don't like having your views/opinions twisted and misrepresented then I suggest you stop twisting/misrepresenting the views of others when they disagree with you. Your choice.

Really - lets see, you are the one who brings up Justin Bieber and appear to know a lot about him (I am not judging you...) and yet its me with the Bieber love, how sweet.
You really want to lecture about twisting things?

I haven't misrepresented your views - I have merely exposed that you know little of what you claim to know, that you cannot back up much of what you claim and that you have a clear dislike for many within cycling.

If you don't like having that ignorance exposed then please take the time to do some research and not just try and dismiss everything that does not suit your biased and usually ignorant view.

I had posted it earlier in this thread but here it is again.

The Piepoli reference is at 4:34 but he also discusses the Vino/Ferrari connection right before that.

You can't help yourself can you? If in doubt you misrepresent and flat out lie about the other person's views and distort their comments, if not bore them into submission, and then play the victim.

The person who introduced the detail about Bieber was you not me. I made the comment that you don't have to listen to his music to know what his music is (manufactured dross). Frankly, the comment could have been made about anything else where the person involved has a high media profile that borders on ubiquity. Just like you don't need to read Millar's book to know what Millar is like for those same reasons.

I made a second comment that as a point of principle I don't buy things associated with dopers and liars like Millar where the money is going to enrich that liar and doper. So for the same reasons I wouldn't buy an Armstrong book, or a Ricco book or a Cavendish book.

You then made a bizarre comment about Bieber being a teenager and not 48, the point of which was lost on me, other than suggesting that you seem to know a lot about Justin Bieber the person. I guess you must have done your 'research' on him so you didn't appear 'ignorant'?

As for the rest, the only things that have been exposed is your hypocrisy, thin-skin and your Bieber/Vaughters/Millar love.

Anyway, I know that the last word is very important to you as part of your clinic big man schtick, so I'll leave you to get on with it.

Oh please don't go, you are the font of wisdom.

Where have I lied? Or misrepresented, and I am not the one running home with the ball.

?? You have the audacity to call me a liar?

How very noble of you, however why include Cav in that mix?
Oh of course, you think he dopes - as you say, you cannot help yourself.

It was an attempt at humour - my apologies, I will aim lower for you next time.

Why, thank you for allowing me to have the last word.

Unlike you I don't need to run away - I am more than happy to hear anyone's opinion -yes, even yours - just don't take it personally if I do point out that much of what you write is BS.

You want to discuss Millar than do your homework or sit back and learn.

and I for one do not believe Millar won that Futuroscope tt/prologue in 2000 on bread and water.

I doubt he even got to the pros without plunging a hypodermic.

And the first Chipotle Slipstream TDF in 08, I reckon he and his team took transfusions in that St Tropez training camp before the Tour.

the guy is a liar, fool me once, fool me... ?twice? f off millar
When Millar started on EPO in 2003, he was earning €250,000 (about £203,500) per year. After receiving advice on doping from Jesús Losa, the doctor of the Euskaltel team, his annual earnings soared to €800,000.
wrong imo. lies

I have just read Dave's book - I have here in my home a collection of some 400-500 cycling books. His is number one. It is a brilliant, brilliant read. I speak to many people about cycling and some (cycling friends) will dismiss the pro sport by saying "they are all at it" - a stance with which I fundamentally disagree.

Millar came out good on Hardtalk, very honest. The above link is not the full version, but right at the end he said it's now a "clean" era. Then my hart sank. "No more Hero's anymore, Leon Trotsky, he got an ice pick, that made his ears burn"

In his book, he said the EPO barely made a difference - I think it was in the WC TT champs?

And the blood parameters from 2008 TdF where his Hgb goes UP, with JV explaining it away as, "Millar is not a GT rider, so does not recover - hence no plasma expansion and therefore no decrease in Hgb". Despite the fact he made Millar ride all 3 GTs, and he won or placed very well in the final GT - the Vuelta.

Too much dodginess for me, clearly..

Dope and become successful, get caught, run an anti doping campaign and say how stupid you were, and that you could really have done it clean, write an honest book to appeal to the more broad minded, become more successful, make more money. Win win situation.

Business as usual.

Whats that film called? Oh I'm thinking of Hollow Man. They can make a film about Millar from his book, and call it The Hollow Man.

When did he do this, are you confusing him with Rober Millar who podiumed the Vuelta?

2008 he rode the Giro and the Tour. Getting 2nd and 4th in the two ITT at le Tour, but rode several days in the autobus with the sprinters to conserve energy.

he didn't ride the vuelta in 2008.

2009 he rode all three GTs, taking a DNF in the Giro after 2 weeks. Not really getting anything in the ITT at the tour (but being an engine for the team at times).

He did get 1st and 2nd in the Vuelta long ITTs, but again conserved energy on the mountainous stages by riding in with the sprinters.

As far as I know he has never had a meaningful GC placement in any grand tour, only success in time trials or sometimes stages from breakaways.

It never fails to amaze me how some people are allowed to get away with some of the cr@p they say in here. Mrs John Murphy calmly calls Cavendish a doper without a single scrap of evidence and only one person calls him out on it? It's like a lunatic asylum in here at times.

How come? Just about every single rider in the last 20 years who were able to win anything notable have been associated with doping:

Sprinter: Cipo, Ale-Jet etc
GC: Indurain, Riis, Ullrich, Armstrong, Contador, Menchov etc.
Classics: Valverde, Rebellin, Schleck, Di Luca etc

If some fans are skeptical about certain performances, who can blame them.

Address the point. There is no smoke about Cavendish, he has always been an awesome sprinter who can't climb beyond the odd one day race, he has no spikes in form, nothing BP on him, never mentioned in any doping scandal or implicated by any team mates, generally seems to be considered as more believable than the majority, and yet his name gets mentioned as a doper and no one complains. And I didn't insult anyone in particular, I simply questioned the totally arbitrary manner in which anyone is fair game, but in this case mentioned with others who are seen to be suspicious by some but who, in Cav's case, there is no smoke and no shadow over him, other than the fact that he's a cyclist!!!

have you seen his head grow. have you seen him with teeth braces?

have you ever seen a sprinter win so prolifically? not even Cipo or Zabel. both doped.
