I think it was the main reason for Kooij to join the team and an improving Seixas perhaps doesn´t give Kooij that much opportunities in future years. Question is, how they distribute Seixas and Riccitello. I would bring Riccitello to the tour and Seixas to the vuelta, but perhaps this decicion is not made yet, as they only communicated Seixas early season schedule today..

Would be insane to send Seixas to the Tour already. Or they really really need to communicate properly that it's only for stages, and he should lose time as soon as possible so French people don't get their hopes up.
