Your rigor is applauded.

Why Kelme?

One word: Fuentes.

Fuentes - ONCE, Amaya, Kelme.

And, why Liberty Seguros?

One word: Saiz.

The most notorious teams would be those led by the most notorious managers and doctors.

Festina gets the acknowledgement because the opened the world's eyes to team supported sophisticated doping practices leading to the creation of WADA, even if they were relative amateurs at it.

Don't forget Astana started with Manolo Saiz as the final re-branding of ONCE. Vino is really running Astana v3.0.

Dave.
meant to have my qualifier on Liberty Seguros. I assumed I had their original iteration indicted with ONCE because LS were just the new sponsor.

And yeah, should have put Fuentes in the Leinders and Ferrari and Cecchini and the drs at Freiburg crowd. Ofcourse, most are under Ferrari and Ceccho, and indeed the best Telekom guys got referred to Ceccho

I thought Liberty Seguros = ONCE.

I need to read up and be more au fait with Astana. I only followed Clinic since about 2009, not cycling. Put my resources into Clinic since 2009 in my cycling retirement. Clinic has far better ROI

Well, there was also Liberty Seguros Continental down in Portugal, who could just as easily have been intended, they were extremely dubious.

Can we give a shout out to the teams who just don't give a damn... rather than being necessarily obvious doping regimes, they just hire whoever the hell they like without any care about how it looks? The likes of Rock Racing, Meridiana-Kamen, 2007-era Relax-GAM, Miche in their last couple of years, Christina Watches, Törku-Seker Spor...

You could also mention Vacansoleil, owing to their appalling timing with regards to personnel choices. Vacansoleil contracts used to catch more dopers than the testers could.

Kelme in the early 2000s is a personal favourite of mine. Those vueltas were hillarious.
aitor gonzalez or is it guiterrez? v Oscar Sevilla b!tchfight.

And Oscar Sevilla was the Spanish equivalent to Titi Voeckler or Richard Virenque for the housewives who wished to sleep with you men.

I would have to say US Posta/Discovery, Phonak, CSC, Liberty Seguros / Astana, PDM were some of the dirtiest teams just on looking back at video's and reading up on them. It was amazing the Postal set such a massive pace up the mountains in their prime. Obviously medically assisted but to be fair they had extremely strong climbers at their disposal also. Who would people regard as the biggest dopers?

In my opinion I would go for

-Lance (obviously)

-Vinokourov

-Hamilton (the details in his book are extraordinary, the emaciated condition he got himself into was crazy)

- Rasmussen

- Di Luca

- Ricco

Maybe not an established team but what about Funvic who just dominated San Luis lol. That Diaz was on some good stuff and his teammate.

yep, some of the stuff from Funvic was laughable.

The doping is tough to get right. Juice the locals too little and the race might lose sponsor support, inject too much and the invited "big stars" feels embarrassed and look like club riders.

Anyway I wouldn't touch any of the top local GC riders, certainly not if the intention is to run a real clean team.

The sprinter? Well, maybe.
