If I remember correctly it was TAAK (TOAK for a period of time), because the G was reserved for TGBM.

Btw. where is ACF94 these days - gone with the wind just like Cadel himself?

Apparently, yes. Just like El Pisti disappeared together with Boonen and Gilbert.

The Amazing was Steven Kruijswijk, I think. TASK aka Cruise Ship. Anyway, we'll have to ask ACF.

And Contador, of course. Dire times in Pistiland.

Damned, you're right :D

Did a little search, the "TGAK" abbreviation was indeed ACF's nickname for Kristoff.

Ah, those were the days. Who's the abbrev. of todays peloton? TISJAF (The Incredibly Slow Juan Antonio Flecha...nah...)?

well, today, we'll see what will win in case of sagan. If it will be brain or desire to win. It's true that he said that he will get out of the race either during second or third stage, but yet he often says he is somewhere only for training and that he will be invisible. if he takes the win today, I think he needs to commit to the entire race.

Highly doubt he has the power to beat Cav, Greipel and the rest in an outright sprint, he could get extremely lucky again though.

Yeah, it's not like he has done that before...

He beat Cav in a sprint once in his life compared to how many times Cav has destroyed him i'd say he isn't exactly a favourite then again when your a Sagan hardcore fanboy it's hard to see him other than somebody that can climb like contador and sprint like cav

It should be a much easier stage today, so no real racing certainly is in Cav's favour.

Yes, three weeks ago. Sagan is in incredible shape. Cav hasn't beaten Sagan since San Luis. Which is the better predictor for today's race? I'm not saying Sagan will beat Cav again today but to write it off as a non-event is daft considering how much Sagan continues to surprise everyone even now.

Not everyone is a Sagan fanboy you know. It's clear you've got some inferiority complex about the lad.

The Cav bashing here gets borderline silly. It's not as he won some ****ty race this year through sheer luck, but he started his season rather well. There are times when I think if someone does not sweep all races he starts he is the worst racer like ever

Like i said probably top 5 will be very very hard pushed to edge out the top sprinters for the win.

It's not just Cav he's up against though is it? The level of sprinting here is pretty high i think with the perfect leadout Sagan will get maybe 3rd? If he wins then i'll eat my words.
