Can't believe the draconian UCI regulartors disqualified him from the Richmond Worlds because of the length of his socks. Even I felt sorry for him for that.

There was a meeting today, and there will be more restrictions. Haven't heard anything about the cancelation of races though. The extra restrictions only begin on Saturday anyway so definitely no worries about E3.
