I expect Fabian to keep his cards a little closer to his chest tomorrow than in previous years.

I think that there will be a surprise winner from early, small breakaway. Or if stars will ride then Sagan.

What do you guys think about Leukemans or Devolder? Does this kind of race suits them?

Yes, it most certainly is.:)

No, it most certainly isn't.:p

Thanks. Jaysus, I am stuck with the underwhelming Volta on Saturday and I guess the Criterium, so.

No E3 on Ghent-W.

It's a day off in Belgium on Saturday. G-W is on Sunday.

And there's nothing wrong with CI.

I wish this race finally gets the worldwide attention it deserves. It's a much better race than that overrated piece of crap that is Gent Wevelgem.

I totally forgot this was on tomorrow. Great line up. Sagan on the cobbles is going to be interesting

Check out classics season 05 & 06.

Ok, so Pozzato hadn't always been king of the wheelsuckers. Now I appreciate him little bit more than before. On a scale of one to ten about 0,2. :D

Holding the race on the Friday is a big step towards that. Think we'll see a lot more big hitters riding this rather than GW now that E3 is WT too.

they had a good field when GW wasn't in the same weekend.
Then it was in the same weekend + gw was WT so team managers pushed people to GW while the riders wanted to ride E3 because it's a much better race as training for RVV than GW which is a half-baked sprinters race nowadays

pozzato remembers me of andy.

with one difference, i can understand him. isn't him too much "pretty" for a cyclist?

What?

Pippo is THE wheelsucker and Andy is not. So simple.

i think that some people's expectations hurt his career..

good looking, very talented... same happened to boonen, (to a lesser degree, because he had everyone around him), vdb, john frusciante, etc.. too much pressure.

Boonen's career.. I don't know what he has done outside of cycling. Of course that cocaine thing but what else... and actually I really don't care. I see him as one of the greatest cyclists with great palmares and also as a pretty nice guy. I can just imagine how much pressure there is when you are in Tom's boots in Belgium. So he has handled it very well I think.

Andy.. hmm... I don't think that expectations are his problem. I would say problems are Frank and ITT. :D

I'd love to see Chavanel winning this one!! Cance is without a doubt the numero uno on all bets, but let's hope some other teams rebel against Spartacus -looking forward to this exciting race!!!

Like Crixus did. However Spartacus was the rebel.

I think Cancellara will win here. However i would love to see 4 things.
1. Vanmarcke Vs Cancellara.
2. Pozzato not wheelsucking.
3. A great challenge mounted from OPQS against Cancellara.
4. BMC to finally ride well.

Other people/teams who can go well are Chavanel, BMC, ( hopefully Inglinsky ), GE, Freire, Sagan/Oss ( i think Oss should still be protected as he is so strong ), Ventoso, Breschel, EBH, Garmin, ( hopefully Vac- mainly Devolder for CQ reasons ), maybe Petit ( if it comes to a sprint ), Gatto, Degenkolb and Turgot/ Voeckler.
