I like seeing all the close ups of MVP form and bike set up, looks like his bike is about as stiff as possible.. Everything is slightly different than most riders, frame is slightly bigger, to get position he wants has a very negative stem..looks like,7,8 degrees or more..not much seat post(stiff!) and with stack and reach of the frame bigger headtube looks very beefy. Everything about the guy is power transfer!!
 
Like I said, he will try to hang on for dear life. His only chance of winning RVV is winning against Pogacar in a sprint.
‘Try’ implies he will likely not be able to, like 2 yrs ago. I think this Matthieu is a slightly different animal ánd rides smarter than before. I am believing his chances are better. Pogo also improved so it’ll be a nailbiter.

I just saw a podcase yesterday where they were talking about him riding 28's in Roubaix...he's going to learn sooner or later that is a stupid decision, considering the other options
