EF had 24 wins last year, and only 2 so far this year.

My theory is they decided they were safe from relegation and went with youth and cost savings for this year.

They have the youngest WT team.

He raced very good.
regardless of wins the team exposure from Healy and Powless is really outstanding, they are in the camera view for hours, of excellence!!
Rui Costa scheduled for Amstel Gold, suits him and 2,3 Giro stages are in his ability, running out of time and was racing hungry before multiple injuries!!
Team has some bright spots..Mihkels and Bettiol, Van Den Berg are due for something!!

Normal to skip the Ardennes when you go for the Giro. He can fight for the podium.

I’ve been a fan of the slipstream program since their inception. Their performance today in LBL is the best team effort I can remember in a classic. Powless and Baudin snuffing out any pursuit of Healy has been great.

I guess L-B-L was a good warm up race for Alex Baudin as he gets to where the leader's jersery for a 2nd day in a row at Romandie.

This is his first year with the team and I know nothing about him.

It's a solid team. Two stage wins and 5th in GC for Carapaz should be doable.

Carapaz is currently building a super peak with a top as pointy as the sharp end of a needle. 5th shouldn't be a problem.

Carthy out, Rafferty in for the Giro

Can Steinhauser get another Giro stage this year?
Maybe he had an element of surprise about him in 2024. He was in the break 4 times, getting a win and two 3rd places.

Steinhauser had knee issues and had to leave the altitude camp and missed the Tour of the Alps.. He didn't sound too optimistic but hopes to be good in week 2 and 3.
