Matthews was in a group of ~10 riders who got dropped near the summit of Feldberg and then made it back, so quite a few people.

I agree fully in general, the way motos are messing with the racing is terrible, but in this case I can't believe it really was 1.15 and the next time I looked it was 17 seconds - I think the GPS was wrong.
