Poor guy had to spend 150kms on his bike today already - I guess it hurts him now, and he‘s certainly exhausted. Better he quits and starts preparing for Omloop 2024, with Schachmann, after a three months break, isn‘t it?…

Shame that motopacing ruined another race again. Lame. Guess it's time to switch off until the last 5km.

In a normal race the Mammolshain is too hard for it to stay together and the sprinter team has burned their matches. If you ride Mammolshain from the bottom all riders dopped are out of the back again and maybe without helpers. Plus UAE and Alpecin have to attack now.

Exactly. Actually a perfect situation for the guys who were in the Matthews group but didn't have to do anything. Sprinter teams have destroyed eachother.

I however miss the months of May of the past. You had Frankfurt AND Bayern Rundfahrt back then. Then you had U23 races in Thuringen and Mainfranken in June.

We were young(er), stood by the side of the road nakedly, and cheered for guys who are the road captains nowadays, like Dege, for example…

Nowadays, it‘s just Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munsterland and Cologne, plus Deutschland Tour… Hardly anything else.
