Nice possession right there by the Dutch. Watching this, it is clear how far behind the US really is.

Yes indeed. I dread thinking what Germany could do against Edu and Onyewu.
Only a team of Dempsey clones would stand a chance! :p:eek:

The most ridicolous thing is... Van Marwijk fields 2, count em, 2 defensive midfielders.
Yet Schweinsteiger has all the room in the world to pass around

Van Bommel and de Jong add 0.00 to the team. Better would be to play with a midfield with Sneijder, Van der Vaart as right/left centre and Van Persie behind the striker. Then Robben and Afellay on the flanks (but Robben on the LEFT and not right..)
But ok... Van Marwijk so badly wants to lose

haha just because van bommel is van marwijk's son in law doesnt mean he should play. God he played like crap. He will get another yellow card this game if he doesnt get subbed so then he wont play against portugal which is fine with me

No it wasn't a disappointment. IF you saw are matches against Sweden and Bulgaria this season you would know enough. :)

That ignores the fact that Portugal got Barcelonad.by turkey at home while the 4th team is denmark.

going out at the group phase would defiantly be disappointing.
