Remco is showing some resilience, but this is the end of a hard race so freshness in the legs matters more, and Pog, being no slouch in a TT, is simply unbeatable after he cracked his direct competition.Remco is the best time trialist in the world, so there should still be hope, right?
You don't rate Remco, right? Why's it a big deal if Pogi beats him? there was never even a question of the end result.Bah 😁
She keeps talking about how great circuit races are and how they'll start replacing point A->B races...haha, probably no
she pronounces Val d'Enfer as "Enver". it's probably do to her opposite way of pronouncing the V as F in Dutch, so she does it the other way around
I see VDP being able to compete with him for the next 2-3 years at PR, but I think Pog will smoke him at De Ronde; of course I hope I'm wrong, but Pog is 3.5 years younger than Mathieu and VDP is right at the age where that is going to start to matter when it comes to explosiveness. I just don't see anyone touching this version of Tadej come the last Kwaremont/Paterberg.I don't think this is true, it will be hard for sure for VDP to follow him (he'll almost certainly win if he does) but I don't see it as impossible; he did crash and allegedly have a sub-optimal preparation this year. I give him at least the next 2-3 years with a chance to win Flanders.
Saving energy for the flat sections, obviouslyLosing time every time the road goes uphill. I'm sure the people find a way to spin that.
But Toro wins such races.Fun fact: without Pog the race would be as boring with Remco soloing. We can only have exciting, close-knit races when both are absent.
This is basically objectively falsifiable as Evenepoel only got away 2 laps later than Pogacar.Fun fact: without Pog the race would be as boring with Remco soloing. We can only have exciting, close-knit races when both are absent.
This is Sallanches all over again.Apparently there are only 17 riders left in the race.
Still a long soloThis is basically objectively falsifiable as Evenepoel only got away 2 laps later than Pogacar.
Funny is how you keep spinning your agenda about Evenepoel losing time uphil since 2019, except for the fact that he is going faster than everybody except one guy.Losing time every time the road goes uphill. I'm sure the people find a way to spin that.

You must beat them all.Funny is how you keep spinning your agenda about Evenepoel losing time uphil since 2019, except for the fact that he is going faster than everybody except one guy.
Evenepoel could have easily solo'd from where he blew up trying to following Pog, if Pog wasn't there. He wouldn't have blown up either. This is basically objectively falsifiable as Evenepoel only got away 2 laps later than Pogacar.
There are also numerous races where he hasnt climbed the best, with no Pog or Vinge in the race. So I dont follow that. You must beat them all.
