Nizzolo had the best lead out, Demare had to go a bit too early, VdP messed up the positioning and Ackermann seems to miss the top speed a bit this year.

He was by far the fastest though but had to go all over the place because he came from too far behind. If he were on the "German and Belgian side" he may have won.

Like te 4th big one day race where he's one of the favorites where his tactics are way off.

But really nothing beats not realising you need to be at the front at the last Kwaremont in De Ronde

Yes he can. If he had managed to latch on to the Belgian train on the right-hand side, he could have won. As it was, the road just got flooded with riders in front of him, and he couldn't get through.
