Does this affect only British Eurosport or their whole operation?
No I wouldn't think so.
My take on it is that the RCS contract gives Eurosport rights to the Giro, Strade-Bianche, T-A, Roma Maxima, and Lombardy until 2016. I presume Eurosport have a similar arrangement with ASO like ITV have until 2015. As well as the Tour, they can show P-R, LBL, CI and other ASO events until then. It's the non ASO and RCS events in the meantime which could be affected like as mentioned Romandy, Suisse, Pais Vasco, and Catalonia. But it shouldn't be any real surprise that they are venturing more into WT events, even outside of showing highlights of the WT events, they are also showing highlights of the non-WT semi Belgian classics and are continuing it tonight with the showing of Brabantse Pijl at 23.00 on Sky Sports 4.
But just to make it clear I have looked around and I have found no confirmation of what the poster said above about Sky acquiring Romandie and Suisse.
