It was his second TdF victory. His first was when he dropped Contador on the Galibier.
Damn - now I feel like a bad fan :)

But the stage you mentioned is another example where he quite comfortably kept his advantage when going downhill, maybe even in increased it a bit during the more curvy upper part of the descent…

Another possibility is that his real problem is just peloton positioning and not bike handling per se.

I have been cycling for the last 4 years and I think I am quite good at it. Now I am thinking of moving a step further and make it a bit tricky. Besides, I don't want to get hurt by getting too excited. So, can you recommend me some kind of good place to start off from?

Of course!

You need to find somewhere with a short steep finish.
Then you need to get Roglic to chase you while you go up said climb.

Instant Roglstomp!

Contador reborn.

On that faitful day in 2017, in the heart of the French Alps, on the slopes of the mighty Galibier the spirit of Contador left his aging body and latched himself on the nearest living being. It was in this moment that the old vessel of Contador was dropped while a rider named Primož Roglič suddenly felt a surge of wild energy flowing through him, stood up on his pedals and danced ahead to conquer a mythical beast. And thus a legend was born!

At the same time the older legend decided to quit cycling when he realized that even ski-jumpers can ride faster than him.

Im starting to be a little tired of the " The monster Wout is chained by Roglic a he can win this" trend of most fans, so I admit that I want to see Rogla crushing him today even before the hard stages..
Me too. Wout is great, a power house. And can win TTs, sprints, MTF, you name it. But in a 1 to 3 week long races...my money would always be on Roglič (just don't crash please).
