Ezequiel Mosquera

This has probably been addressed but I was wondering if there was any information on Mosquera's status. I'm not really a regular follower of doping cases, but from what I was able to find on google; it seems they still aren't close to a verdict. What are the chances he rides the Vuelta?

He hasn't been on the road this season, so probably not. They're basically just prevaricating enough that when he eventually gets banned (if he does) then he's got no career left.

Óscar Sevilla tested + for the same thing and has been back on the road for a year.

The Spanish federation has opened proceedings, with results expected "in the coming months".
