That Saxo Bank is having financial trouple is old news. They were supposed to be Saxo Bank - IT FActory but IT Factory turned out to be producing nothing but Hot air (Fraud trial is ongoing). They're not going bancrupt though (as far as I know) and both Cancellara and the Schlecks have contracts up untill next year I think so they should be relatively safe. Riis might find another main Sponsor before then.

Riis has said plenty of times they need to shed salary. Hence Arvesen and others leaving. Also hence them not being able to compete for signings.
