Don't you mean undergeared? Her cadence was way too high when Puck attacked (don't think she could've beaten Puck, she was very strong Today), fun climb though, way more exciting than the Men's.

P.S. Labous also crazy strong doing that full lead out for Vollering and then still ending 7th.


I'm alway confusing the terms when it comes to gears. Probably you are right. She was using a very low gear ( I mean the small 'ring front and the largest available cog at her disposal rear) and she was cruising ( very high cadence) behind lieutenant Labous.
When Puck attacked she couldn't respond, some say she didn't have the legs, I think she was on the wrong gear and impossible to shift in that circumstance.
