As it happens I don't think Salbutamol accounts for very much.

I think of it in the same terms as Contador's Clenbutarol.

I thought the perceived wisdom was that Contador's problems came from the blood doping...the clenbutarol was being used but 'safely' when he wasn't expecting to be tested and when he was able to be banking blood..

at the moment the Froome case is just bizarre....but then it sort of befits his career

Whopper too. He lost some weight with asthma medication. Big deal.

why even inhabit the clinic if its simply a 'big deal' to any doping violation...what's to talk about?
do you bring that sort of talk to every clinic thread?

what 'talk'?...talking about something? it's the....er......raison d'etre of a...er...chat room

not much discussion with a shrug of the shoulders and an...eh...big deal

rick james? big deal ;)

I was going to go bigger than you and use brexit but that quite literally would/will be a 'big' deal :D

Bizarre? No, to go from being dropped to dropping others in 24 hours at the end of a GT takes more then asthma medicine.

You would think so...unless the reason he was getting dropped was because his asthma had really flared up

that's the microcosm...the macro is his asthma having flared up for the 6 years he was a full time bike rider without ever troubling a podium (Anatomic Jock Strap an obvious and most honourable exception :D )

having managed a few podiums myself I am unfortunately only well too aware that the biggest factor in podium-ing is the standard of competition...I'm away to google :D

When you've finished your googling...don't be afraid to come back and admit you were wrong. Now you've seen the light, that Froome's career path was on an upward and linear trajectory towards greatness all along.

Maybe share your enlightenment with your fellow non believers

How much does team sky spend on propaganda or pr if you like?

It’s from 2016 but quite a bit spent on propaganda under the line item of PR & Marketing. I’m sure it’s gone up in 2017/18 for Froome Dawg damage control.

I'm all in favour of a prolonged strike from our bots on the forum.

Indeed. Down with debate and conflicting opinion.

A never ending circle of self affirmation.

That would make for an awesome forum. Wouldn't it....?

Please, somebody must agree with me. It would, wouldn't it...
