Im surprised by you. Usually you are better than this. Obviously calling freire an irrelevant drug cheat is really pushing it, but to suspect people who side with Armstrong makes perfect sense. Its clear as water that large numbers of.uncaught riders have/had some.skeletons in the closet and going by who openly sides with la and the like seems to.me to be 1 of the more effective ways cycling fans have of putting some names.to.the blanks.
Freire has been vocal in his anti-doping stance, being very critical of his own compatriots on this issue multiple times, also immediately after the USADA report was released... so far the only Spaniard of importance to do so, I think.

It seems to me that he's called for a little less hypocrisy regarding Armstrong, but I could be wrong. Most of what these guys say gets lost in translation anyway. Yes, the "I never suspected Armstrong" comment is a bit lame, but keep in mind it's Freire we're talking about.

I guess that's as much as he can expect. With the likes of Wiggins racing too, winning the ITT will be difficult for him.

without wiggins he didn't stand a chance either

astana to join navigare, europcar and garmin to mpcc.
i like this mouvement more and more.
One of the agreements is that a member team can't sign former dopers.

That means Vinokourov can't do a comeback :p (not that they'd actually care about the rules anyway)

Last week, I posted somewhere in the Clinic, that one day, even Astana will be MPCC.

Cycling is changing, consistantly... The ultimate goal seems to be to reach the highest level of hypocrisy.

Edit: Just wanted to re-open this thread, accidentally clicked the first instead of last page. First post is about Moreni. Just in case anyone knows, what´s he doing today? I remember he paid a 1 yr salary to UCI, was the only of the 2007 guys to do so, and did this in order to return to cycling.
