Tinkov to save Euskaltel? Well not really. He'll pretty much take the riders and staff and all that stuff you need for a team, but change it to a completely different team.
If Tinkov goes ahead with purchasing the team's license he will undergo a complete gutting of the team's roster and its infrastructure. It's been reported that his intentions are to create a "completely different team" that has "nothing to do with the current one".

If Tinkoff was unhappy about Contador and Saxo not winning the Tour...

It all looks pretty clear to me.
Tinkov wants to sponsor a cycling team and make all the core decision associated with it.

Team Colombia riders reportedly haven't been paid for months

https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=418865838222436&l=4b8feb762b

The riders of Team Colombia-Coldeportes not receive salaries from May.

In what is presented as an unexplained and a disrespect to these ambassadors of the country abroad, cyclists who make up the team of Claudio Corti ProContinental, sponsored entirely by COLDEPORTES, went to the chain on August 19 to report that there receive their salaries from the month of May.

Auxiliary and other team members have had, so far, with the payment of their wages on time. The only ones who have had to suffer the delay are beetles, which this year have run several successful European professional racing calendar.

The delay is because COLDEPORTES has not turned some money that was committed to the direction of Team Colombia. To which the team responded with non-payment of the three months' salary of Colombian cyclists.

At this time the team is facing the USA Pro Challenge in Colorado, United States. Beetles animated show and confirm that played the race giving the maximum, as they have been doing for a couple of years. However, "Love hungry does not pay" and morale is low among young cyclists, against the actions of the leadership team.

We call on all the people who read this information, to assist in its dissemination.

Noooooooooooooo, no, that's not true, that's impossible.

Why would i feel sceptical about pro cycling?

Armstrong told me he never doped :)

No in all honesty i'm annoyed/ don't like watching races be dominated sometimes adversely but i love following the races and the sport- so hopefully my naivety (young age) pays off.

Hope Dale Stetina recovers.

Actually sorta checked various start-lists to see if Peter was due to any upcoming races, because surely his dad being in a critical condition is a bit more important.
Couldn't find any, so I hope he's where he needs to be.

Team Sky have announced their 6-man team for the Tour of Britain which starts next weekend. From what I've read Wiggins will actually be going for GC and supported by Edmondson, Lopez, Stannard, Eisel and Hayman.
