Surprised at them moving Lagunas de Neila to mid-race, but that stage is ALWAYS greatness. The CRI instead of a CRE is a definite plus point as the finish. Very surprised at the move away from the all-puncheur-finishes style of the last couple of years, but not disappointed. There's something for everybody now. Stage 2 is for a sprinter, Stage 1 is for a puncheur, Stage 3 is for a climber, Stage 5 is for a time triallist, and Stage 4 has a small climb 17km from the finish that means sprinters could survive it but puncheurs and attackers could go for it.

Isnt she going to compete in triathlons
Yes, and long distance running. She was a runner before a cyclist, so it makes sense. But I'm still saddened as I don't really care about triathlon and she's probably my favourite women's racer. Definitely my favourite British cyclist, and I'm mortified that she never won a Giro.

Looking forward to Burgos as well. Indeed, the Lagunas de Neila stage is always great and I'm looking forward to seeing how Kudus will do. :)

On CQ on their transfer tracking, they already have a merged Garmin Cannondale team. So is there officially a merger of the teams? I thought that canondale goes there as a bike sponsor with cervelo leaving? If there is a merger, anyone has a link to some kind of official announcement and what about the riders and their contracts?
