Has anyone seen Brutt take a pull in either the first or second break? Every time I look, he's in the last wheel.

No, and you won't see him do that later on either. He's just playing policing game, so that Tinkoff doesn't have to chase. He has no chance against any of the other guys.

he was working in the first break up until the split happened behind and Sagan was alone so he had to save himself to help later

No English commentary? Lame.

Not lame to me. I don't speak Flemish but I'll take Flemish commentary over Carlton Kirby any day of the week.

I'd much rather have a good HD advert free stream with Flemish commentary than the endless adverts and nonsense Eurosport so often serve up.

Ads that pay for the programming. And Kirby's not commentating on this - not sure where it's on Eurosport in English as certainly not in UK.

UK coverage is on BIKE with Simon Brotherton and Dan Lloyd, again with ads that fund the showing.

The sense of entitlement of some cycling fans is staggering.

Luckily there was a break which was able to get away on the end of the hills because otherwise the section right now before the last two wills would be very boring.

I appreciate what you say about ads and I accept that, but Eurosport do have a bad habit of going to ads right at crucial points in a race.

That's when most people are watching usually.

I like to do other things while listening to commentary so if something happens I can switch back. Filthy casual I guess.

Now it's just a question of when the inevitable post-attack mechanical comes for van Marcke.

It's crazy how strong Sagan is right now - and even more ridiculous that he hasn't turned that form into a win.
