In dutch and belgian papers they said he did the double for his sponsor interests, he personally wanted only to ride the E3-prijs

If BMC once again fails to deliver a result with the strong classic team they have, it would be an absolute failure really. Surprising that they are so weak, almost makes me wonder if their bikes can't handle the cobbles...

doubt it's the bikes. Ballan and burghardt really strugled yesterday... odd. Hopefully hincapie can do something or add something to lift the team.

BMC should put burghardt or ballan in the break if they can. It will at least get some form into the legs for RVV. They also may just stay away like last year.

Doubt it, at the start this morning he said, just as boonen, that he felt his legs from his efforts yesterday and that he will see how it goes. Only Flecha seemed to be very enthousiastic about today
