Given the French anti-doping authority appears to be doing on-the-ground logistics for the UCI, there might be less room for the UCI to ignore positives.
Maybe ASO's made it clear they want a controversy-free centennial TdF?

So will 2013 TDF be a bit like 2011 TDF all over again - at least from a doping perspective? So maybe all the Super responders will be at a disadvantage.
