I think Bardet finishing ahead of the other GC cosplayers is prett good evidence the pace behind was really low, considering Bardet probably isnt among the best 5 climbers in the race

The 6.0 W/kg isnt that interesting, whats more interestong is the numbers before amd after the attack. Overall the gap does clearly blow up because of overall fatigue

Look at the differences in the VAM mate. I told you, and it was a perfomance in a stage with a high pace (high KJ) after the famous TT where Vingegaard destroyed Pogacar.

He would had won with a good margin today, but i repeat, Pogacar still did a good perfomance today.

You can also look at the VAM on Col du Granon.

Almost the same watts estimate with worse pacing, c‘mon man, Loze just isn‘t Vinge‘s best performance, at least say that or some other excuse instead of borderline trolling.

The twitter account does know that you always burn the same amount of KJ when doing a climb, no matter the tempo, right? Because actually going for KJ/H would show more of the actual fatigue that got put in the legs.

IMO just posting KJ burned on a climb is a worthless statistic, you either do it properly or stick with W/KG.

Interesting but fatigue really played a big impact in Foscagno. These numbers by Arensman and gc group are underwhelming. Pogacar was 2.30 faster.

The big unknown is the difference on being in certain zones for certain periods, like if they literally would average everything out it would just be *** annoying upper zone 2 *** and the damage would be much less

I also seem to remember Mortiro and even Crocedomini going faster in 2022 before they did 6.2 for 35 minutes on Santa Cristina
