it's more likely they go fast now because they want their flat doms to survive the climb, I think. The gap should go up then, unless someone else takes over.

They might have 5 minutes by the time they are at the top. I'm still not sure if Bora really cares about the stage. I think they just want to keep their doms till they over the top of this one and then they'll see how far they are behind.

Looks a bit wet/unsafe in my view, stop the count, cancel the entire 3 week race and take GC times as they are out on the road.

Abruzzo is renowned in Italy for arrosticini, lamb skewers which are normally cooked on a specific grill.
Whenever the Giro passes through this region you'll see riders, team cars and media being offered this delicacy, especially in the mountains.
Also, Abruzzo is stunning and you should all visit in case you travel to Italy. It's very likely the least touristic region in the whole country, it's cheap and it's wild.
