They should have stuck the Cat 4 summit at the top of that wall (with an extra time check) rather than at the finish. The last 5 km is just 2% false flat.

The Giro profile actually flattens it out a bit, it's more irregular, there's like 500m sections at 6% then -2%, going up to 11%. It's quite tricky.

Looking at Jakobsen being nearly 3 minutes down on the lead time at first split with faster times likely to be set is he in danger of going OTL and what is the likely range for the time cut today.

TT time limits are a joke, he can drop like 15 minutes easily. In addition he went a bit faster in the T2 split.

Time limit is 30 %, so just under 16 minutes if we assume Ganna and Pogačar go 53 minutes or something crazy.
