We need some good races outside of WT so that riders from conti teams can taste what it is like to race in a field when some good WT teams turn up and bother to race with a strong roster.

Not gonna happen this time. Teams of the favorites are much stronger this year, and while someone could sneak away on the penultimate lap, I really think it will come down to the last lap and the main guys.

Could be, but it's extremely difficult to set up an efficient chase on this lap as there is virtually no flat. A bit similar to the Barcelona circuit in Vuelta Catalunya.
