Yeah, he has only won the two biggest mountain stages so far in the race. Clearly not among the best climbers in the race.

That's a shame but he was already dropped and not looking that good anyway. But he could have recovered on the second climb who knows.. It sucks for him!

For the people that know Landa, for that reason is more meritable, becouse the stage that suits him well are the stages as today.

But you cant say that Aprica with Mortirolo is not an epic stage for climbers...That way you dont understand how cycling works...

Seriously though. Yesterday should have shown that Landa is pretty human after all. In fact, i was a little bit disappointed by him.

Well Contador was faster on Mortirolo and yes Campiglo was hilltop finish. My mistake but I wouldn't say that he beat Contador there because obivously Contador had is eyes on Aru only few hundred meters from finish but responded to all Landa attacks earlier.

He could, I hope the team circunstances allow him to that, but that means Aru superb and drop quickly Amador and krispis and with Hesjedal, or Aru dropped from them in the first climb.

And I think will be none of them...

But anyway I hope Landa has his freedom, or he act by himself as Pantani, Belli, Gottim did in Mortirolo 94.

Seriously though. Yesterday should have shown that Landa is pretty human after all. In fact, i was a little bit disappointed by him.

After the climb there was some soft descent, soft climb,.. flat,... Landa needed to take one minute with contador after he cautch Aru, with 6 km of climb with some false flat. Not an easy task. If he fails, usseless efort.
i have take time today and Landa didnt put 40 seconds on contador in 3 km, he put 20 or something like that... so, difficut... contador was lucky to find Jesjedal and that s all...today is another day...
