What the hell are Skykoff doing?

You wrote the same thing yesterday. Perhaps time to learn something about cycling before posting on public boards?
Well, it doesn't make any sense. Are they trying to use up all their riders?

As far as I know Contador, and how I see what happens now, he will attack in the last climb today.

Curious to see what happens when Roman's group links up with the lead group. I think the main peloton is still over 10 minutes down on the front group, so they aren't riding hard (it's been consistently between 9'40-10'). I think Alberto just wants to be at the front and they aren't riding hard to pull back the group. Or it could be my fanboy shades coloring things :p

Give Tinkoff the benefit of the doubt. They've shown in the past plenty of times that they don't have single digit IQ.

Kreuziger is not the only guy with GC potential in the group. Tinkoff want the gap to be manageable in case Roman blows it in some stage. They'd be putting all eggs in a basket named Roman if they let the group win with 15 minutes, instead of 3 or 4. If Roman is in good form I would say 4 minutes is enough for him.

Makes some sense.

But if gap is down to 3-4 minutes with 30 to go the other teams will just chase down the rest..

A lot of energy wasted.

If however they only try to stagnate the gap I get it.. They can "always" haul in 3-4 minutes later on..

If they wanted a 5 min gap, they could start working later.

Sky don't seem to care about the overall victory. Only to make sure that Contador doesn't win the double.

I am sorry for my harsh comments. They were uncalled for. Its the fourth stage and i am already frustated by this Oleg-led team or whatever it is going on.

It might be an attempt to get more people on the podium but that wouldnt explain why they chase their own guy.

They have been invisible the entire Giro. Very weird scenario.

This is hardly the first team a team has chased its own rider. It is not a zero sum game, the gap is still over 10 minutes.
