Contador takes a stage win tomorrow, helps Kreuzi a bit on Sunday, pulls out on a rest day having used the Giro as a 1 week prep race and panic spreads through the Sky and Movistar camps as they realize what happened.

I would let König stay there and two drop back and chase. Kreuziger is way more dangerous than König.

That changes everything. What is Uran going to do? no way Etixx can bring this back on its own.
I'd say Konig has a much better chance of winning the Giro than Kreuziger honestly.
