I'd rather watch paint dry than motorsport, but each to their own I suppose.

What I find annoying is this endless podium ceremony when our coverage was supposed to have started over 15 minutes ago.

Yeah, but if a bike race is just a few minutes over it's time it's "We gotta hurry to the next thing!", sometimes not even leaving time for the top-10 to be shown on screen...

Not much happening in the race yet.

I really don't think we should expect anything to happen until the final climb when the gaps are this small. Everyone will fancy their chances of taking that 30-60 seconds they need as the final climb is hard enough for that.

Doesn't look like any attacks are planned on Monte Grappe. Guess they are just hoping to try and tire Tom out on Grappe and then leave attacks until the last climb.

With everyone seemingly on the absolute limit over the past few days it wouldn't suppose me if Movistar just rode a solid tempo up grappa and waited until the final climb. Pinot and Zaka may try something though.

I guess they feel that they're better off using a more tradional approach and utilising them to set a fast pace in the peloton. Then rely on the leaders to attack in the finale and perhaps banking on a small group coming together for the flat section with Tom absent from it. I guess Quintana, Nibali and Pinot would also feel fairly happy going into the TT with the current gaps but with Tom out of the picture.

Would be interesting to see how Grappa goes. If TD cracks then job done for Movistar team. But I would have thought that Movistar would have sent at least 1 rider in the break to help Quintana on the final climb. If the train goes full gas on Grappa then its Quintana to fend for himself.
