Honestly think this has been a bit spineless from Kelderman just parked in behind Hindley. If you want to bring Hindley up the GC then work together. Even if you don't care about that take a turn and put some more time in to everyone. I can't really buy that you make a bigger difference with a tiny jump in the finale than helping a sustained effort over 5-6k

Hindley is doing a good job and there is a 3rd week. Save as much as you can. He is already gaining a lot today. No point in putting in more work, from him today, save it for next week. Where he might need it more. Where he probably will have to do it himself, at some point.
