It´s 2020. Can already predict the post race qoutes. Nibali was doing career best numbers on the climb. Same for Fuglsang. Rohan freaking Dennis just discovered his inner Pantani and dropped everyone.

And reminder to everyone - Giro time gaps are complete BS. I have occasionally timed the real difference on XX km to go markers. They are regularly 10-15 secs off, but at times even almost full minute off...

The GPS does not give a difference at some point of a race but extrapolates the speed of a moment and makes absolutely haphazard calculations which you can't trust at all!

Rohan Dennis, Jai Hindley, Tao Geoghegan Hart and Ben O’Connor appear to be the four strongest climbers at the Giro. I don’t want to see anybody arguing that the level here is anything other than aberrantly low.

I find it very refreshing to not have the same old names again and again in front. We have the Vuelta for that...
