German commentators clueless as always. Of course, Verona grabbed the points because Rubio might still give the mountain jersey a shot, and not to give Healy a lesson because he is not working...

Migels just said Ben Healy is their expert on the motorbike… maybe they‘re obsessed with him.

I think with the strength of some of the guys in the break, they'll have this unless GC guys start going very early on that last climb.

Pure marketing gimmick. Guy will have done 3 seasons on a WT team without doing anything relevant at all except for being the other guy in the peleton with a Red Bull helmet. He survives Grant Tours because he's a climber being allowed to approach these mountain stages like a sprinter. Completely pointless roster selections but media is hyped because he's "hanging on".
As a cycling fan this really makes me mad. Of course maybe it wouldn't be game changing who would be the other 8th rider in a team but when you see what guy like Lipowitz is doing for his team this year it sickens me that they don't selesct for quality but marketing. As I said it is cycling so no one cares, but I would like real cycling journalists in Germany that would call out teams on *** like that.

At least they have become a little bit better at reacting to what is going on. Usually they are totally unphased by what is happening once they have started talking about something.

Couldn’t Jumbo put a little more umph into the last climb to keep the win stage within reach? There are some very good riders in that front group and don’t think they’ll make up 4 minutes (at start of the climb).

Nobody will give Almeida even a second. Besides, as always, Almeida will just try to hang on in top n riders group (for some n > 1).
Almeida doesn't really need to attack, I think. If the gaps stay more or less like they are now, he has a good chance to take pink in the ITT.
