Pedersen was good before, but he's definitely on another level this year.

I knew it the day I saw him at De Ronde. In 2023, he needed three minutes from the break to get on the podium; this year fighting head-to-head with the best.

Pidcock has been competing the same number of days as Pedersen and is completely exhausted.

Honestly I waaay underestimated Pedersen (and WVA tbf who hasn't had a good uphill kick for quite a while) here, I thought this would be a lightweight GC guys finish.
Pretty insane to see these guys sprinting it out when the last half km is basically 11%, professional cyclists are just crazy strong lol.
No idea what Alpecins plan was tho, GC guys kinda as expected, Del Toro the best on this kind of finish and Roglic subpar compared to his previous years - but apparently thats all to the plan or something.
