For a stage start as chaotic as today, this is sure a perfect break for Bora.
Fortunato does complicate things a bit. He may be no O'Connor, but on this route the difference between him barely taking pink and Roglic needing long-range attacks on other places than Finestre to overtake him can't be more than five minutes.

I would keep it under 6 minutes just for car order tomorrow anyway. But the break should not really be pushing for more than 6 minutes anyway

Roglic will probably put him 2 minutes in the TT, so even if he wins by 8 minutes, he is ~3 ahead virtually.
It's not easy, but with the energy he (Fortunato) spent already, Roglic should be comfortable just with a San Valentino and Finestre attack.

Bardet accidently getting 5 minutes back when he clearly just wants to go for stages and muck around in breaks.

Those 4 could honestly be gone if you get group 2 syndrome.

Most riders will look at Cofidis but they aren't strong

Honestly think this was a pretty predictable scenario so Kelderman not being in this move is proper shambles.
