No its really not. CA is huge and theres vast areas that are rural and quiet. Wild even.

California is 90+% rural, vacant or sparsely populated, also grows @17% of all the food in the US,
Similar to Australian pie crust!! Everyone lives near the edge and nothing in the middle!!
