He needs 4:27 on Nibali, 4:26 on Anton and 3:41 on Scarponi I think he lost too much time yesterday on the Zoncolan.

Well Anton is out of it for sure, Nibali will lose minutes as well. But then there is Menchov of course.

But Nibali is 56" back, Antón further and Contador, Scarponi and ? for the podium in that case - both could drop away badly.

Gadret looks like a real chance. Menchov maybe also.

Neive might even be second by the end of the day. Was 9 minutes back and will gain about 6 to be 3 minutes back. No one else is gaining anything.

He will probably lose a couple of minutes in the last climb.

Nibali will be back to this group.

They have no reason to push it. By the end of the descent at the latest, Nibali will rejoin.

I think the Contador group slowed down significantly after Nibali was initially dropped.

Ac only wanted to eliminate nibbles chances of getting away on the descent, he doesn't fear him on the climbs. So I wouldn't be surprised to see him get back. But it is less technical, so maybe not.

Rested Contador will blow everyone on Val di Fassa, but won't catch Garzelli/Nieve.

edit: oh wait, he's already going for it on the descent.
