Have a look at the Grossglockner stage and you'll know that they aren't good (although the roads were very wet)

Garzelli has 9'20" at the top of the climb. If he stays away to the top of Fedaia, then Contador needs to get 20 points from Fedaia and Rifugio Gardeccia to hold the GPM - which he could only make by being 2nd on Fedaia and winning the stage (with Garzelli finishing outside the top 6).
