Nah, he only took back a third of his disadvantage

form overall maybe. But evans was beating sastre by 57 seconds before the stage. Sastre just took back 43 seconds (i think). 16 seconds between the two favorites (IMO of course... Maybe basso too). Close race.

ACF; thus i said basically ;)

Cadel will lose about 45 seconds on leaky gas and 1-2mins on vino.

Once again his team both on stage 3 and 4 have cost him minutes on GC

Oh my, doesn't look too good for Cuddles when Sastre makes up time in a flat time trial.

Karpets in pink so far.

Wasn't that expected?

Would Cadel have been upset if he knew he'd have 14 seconds edge on Sastre after the TTT?

He has a weak team (and nobody to blame but himself for that)... but given their strength, they did pretty well for him today. We'll have to see as the other GC favorites come in, but being ahead of Sastre after the TTT is not a bad thing.

Katyusha gained enough time on Garmin for Karpets to leapfrog Millar, so his chances of leading are out the window. I think that will be between Columbia, Saxo and Astana now, unless Liquigas can pull a real surprise performance out of the bag.

Here come Columbia to the first time check, and they are... 36 seconds down.

Everybody praised BMC for their solid performance today. It's just funny that they got beaten by Lotto.

Columbia 34 seconds down at the first interval.

Omega Pharma's result, coupled with the unintentional Cuddles Schadenfreude, must be the hilight of the day so far.

You're missing the point. No one's ever going to rag on anyone in this forum for supporting someone, no matter who it is.

But making outlandish accusations and being completely blind to fact, relying solely on bias will get you flamed very quickly, very often :)

Me, I just find it hilarious that bias can disconnect people so far from reality :D
