When is it going live on Eurosport?

Whenever Jankovic - Garrigues finished.

You'd think the GIRO would take priority over the 3rd round of a Masters tournament, especially when Eurosport 2 is showing 10.5 hours of the stuff, live.

Man, I knew Di Luca was not going to have the kind of Giro he is used to but he looks worse than I expected. Maybe he'll go better tomorrow but he was just bad yesterday.

I think Contador will lose some time here (probably minutes) the road up to Fiuggi is a bit dirty and he isn´t good riding on dirty roads.

he will for forget to eat and drink enough...BONK!!!

he has a lot to learn.

Rai just showed their preview of the finale. It's all slow drags and wide straight roads, nothing particularly brutal, but it will be more than enough to get rid of most sprinters.

Also my wild card pick for the stage, Sacha Modolo, is in the break. They look pretty likely to get chased down by the Rampant Rabobus so he's out.

You would think Radio Shack didn't have someone in the break given the way they are riding in the peloton. I guess Machado is planning to attack on the finale if the break doesn't stay away.

Di Luca with a mechanical... silly organisers making them ride on tarmac.

Yeah, this roads are better suited for recumbents and not for road bikes.

He's certainly due. 11 top 4 finishes in the last 15 months. Time for him to get off the "best riders without a pro win" list.

Will the Dutch cheating ever end? ;)

Lolz at Giro graphic saying this was Popovych's first Giro appearance. Popovych made his name in the Giro 7 or 8 years ago.

since it looks like this stage won't have any major excitement i might as well post this here

so apparently even tho machado thought he wasn't a big fan of the strade bianche and was expecting to lose time (which he did due to some major bad luck) he ended up finding the stage super fun and said he really enjoyed it.

always cool to see some1 admitting he was wrong and not being a major p*ssie
