Evans looks like he is waiting for his moment, if he decides to go I don't think anyone will be able to hold his wheel.

I think he's waiting for tomorrow, as he knows you can't go too deep this early in a 3 week race.

Vino doesn't seem to know that, as he's made the same basic mistake a trillion times before.

Vino is riding like there is no tomorrow, Evans is riding like this is the first week of a Grand Tour.

The second best race in the world...according to them. Funny thing is that the same people's number 1 race cannot hold a candle to the Giro in terms of exciting stages and fantastic racing. There hasn't been a stage as exciting as this in the Tour in years. It is just BORING now.

I guess if ToC is Cat 2, TdF is Cat 1, then the Giro is HC.

If he is smart, he will just ride wheels to the finish. His goal is the overall. Stage wins are nice, but getting the GT bridesmaid monkey off your back is really what is at stake here today.

Evans needs to stop playing with vino like this and sacrifice stage hopes to make up GC time. Though of course there's the time bonus to consider...

It's a big risk, but as Harmon said - no one wants to get this far today and not go for the win.

have faith - I think Cadel will get up

For that he needs to drop Cunego. A sprint between them is not a contest. Evans is one of the best sprinters among climbers, but Cunego is just a completely different level

Vino always rides like there's no tomorrow. That's why he's the most awesome rider on earth.

Basically. He should gift the win to Cunego or someone else. He's in pink tomorrow...
