Think his only chance is Pogacar missing either Liège or Lombardia for whatever reason, he probably doesn't have the rouleur abilities to make an anticipatory move work (not that Lidl ever anticipate in the first place) and Pogacar is too good too consistently to hang on to. He can take on Evenepoel on the right day.
Liege is impossible with Pogacar, I think a Bergamo finish mixed with a freak day could mean he gets to the finish with Pogacar. But we're in the low (<2%) realm regardless.

He's turned into a very solid one day rider. He was good in his previous LBL, too, and came top 5 in Fleche last year. A win with Pogacar and Remco is very unlikely, though, unless he hangs on to them and wins in a sprint (the second step is easier than the first, I think).
One day racing and stagehunting suits his all in racing style (and his mentality) more than riding for the gc in a gt. He already was a really good one day racer as a neopro, being the only teammate still with Colbrelli in the final of AGR, fighting for position and piloting him to the Cauberg, when he won the bunch sprint for 3rd place.
