Yeah, but he was in the group sprinting for 2nd. He finished 5th. Good show, he was very active in the last 35km.

No. I think he's in shape, he even sprinted. What happened is Astana, CCC, Ineos had the numbers, Gorka went, the others didn't chase and the race was over.

Looks like Astana actually played it really nice, who would chase Gorka down if you still have Aranburu in your group. Of course it could also be that Gorka was actually supposeed to work for him, but Gorka and Ion only work for eachother, so he went on the attack instead.
